How bin works

Every item lands in one append-only inbox and moves through three states: inbox → viewed → archived. Archiving is not deleting — the record stays. You (or an agent) work the queue down: see an item, act on it, archive it with a note of where it went. An empty bin is the goal. (Deleting your account, from the app, is the one thing that really erases — see the privacy policy.)

The API at api.withbin.com is the spine. Every channel writes to it, and every agent reads from it.
